Treasures

Should I be concerned? We all know Hassie Clare is eccentric and completely unique in her own way. She likes to collect things and has been a pack rat since she could crawl. A few years ago she was fascinated with Jamie's toenail clippings and asked if she could keep them in a baggie. Of course I told her no. Fast forward to a few months ago. I was changing out her bed linens and when I picked her pillow case up a bunch of somethin's feel out. Upon closer examination, those somethin's were toenail/fingernail clippings from all of us! EWWEEEEEE 
I didn't mention it to her. I find piles of her stuff EVERYWHERE, all the time but this was the most unusual. The other night I was clipping Quinn's fingernails and she was saving them. I thought she was being thoughtful to keep them all in a pile so that I didn't have to pick them up. When I handed her the garbage can to throw them away she said, "I'm saving them for Has. She likes to keep my fingernails as treasures and someone stole all of her other treasures from her pillow."
I mean ... WHO DOES THAT!
I didn't make a big deal about it but thought to myself - should I be concerned? That night Hassie Clare was curled up in my lap while I was reading them a bed times story and I asked her why she liked to keep our fingernail and toenail clippings in her pillow. She said in the most innocent voice, "because I like sleeping with my family and the nails are little parts of your body. Do you think I could get Onyx's and Ruby's toenail's also?"
