When you are twins and your BFF's are twins = QUADS

Pretty dang cool watching the dynamics of twin bbf's. They have everything in common and the combination of all 4 of their personalities blend flawlessly together. They are a force to be reckon with in all aspects of life. When they are together, it is like no one else exists. All we can do it sit back and watch.

A year of volleyball to remember! 11 years old / 5th grade

Sacred Heart School 5/6 Varsity Volleyball - PAA League Champs, PAA Tournament Champs and Briarcrest Heads Up Middle School B Division Tournament Champs (against 7th and 8th graders), undefeated season - never lost a set the entire season. Record 18-0. This is the first time I've coached a young volleyball team …. boy did I learn a lot! You guys are in the 5th grade.

Memphis Volleyball Academy (club) - see banner below for tournament wins! I made my club coaching debut this season. We did a lot of traveling and had a blast with our friends. We played in the post season also (11-1) and brought home 1st in gold from the Midsouth Mayham in Bowling Green, KY and went undefeated (didn't drop a set) at an inhouse tourney for the local teams going to Nationals in Orlando.  Total record for the entire season was 49-5.

Thank you parents for a wonderful season! As we all know, our little girls kicked some serious butt this year but I wanted to share with you some facts:
Our record for the season was 38-4. We only lost 4 matches all year long!

At one point this season, we were ranked in the top ten nationwide out of almost 2,000 other 12u teams. It was only for a short time but it counts!

We finished 1st in gold in 5 tournaments.

We finished 3rd in gold in 2 tournaments in the premier division.

We finished 5th overall in 1 tournament in the premier division.

We are the "winningest" 12u team in the Delta Region (out of 53 teams).

Rarely do teams have this type of success consistently throughout an entire season.  I know I haven't taken one moment of it for granted. This season has been one for the books! We are having a banner made to be displayed at the MVA gym with the girls picture and accomplishments. :) 

 

Thank you parents for everything ... especially the lovely "bottle of happiness" you gifted me today! Enjoy your summer and I hope to see you all back on the courts next year!

 Volunteering at Toys For Tots

 

 

 

 Coming outside after a long day of volleyball in big arenas is like walking out of the casino after gambling all night. You don't know if its dark or light outside, what time of the day it is. All you know is you are hungry and ready for some R&R. This pic was taken as we were walking out of the Kentucky Expo Center in Louisville, KY.

 Lots on fun this season with this crew. Many late nights at the hotel solving the worlds problems while enjoying some bubbly.

These bad ass girls will rule the world one day. They are walking into the old NFL Ram's dome in St. Louis.

Delta Region of USA High Performance Camp -

You guys tried out for this selective camp, along with over 400 players and you were selected to attend the camp that was coached by over 30 college coaches. I believe there were around 70 girls selected from Tennessee, Mississippi and Arkansas. 16 girls selected from your age group - future select division.  To make things even sweeter, your best friends (Farm twins) were selected also. What an accomplishment and honor!

You ALWAYS seems to amaze me in every single thing you do.  You are the epitome of a winner. Keep rocking strong my little studs! I love you disco ~ Coach Mommy
